Between July 10th and August 10th, Steve and my lawyer are supposed to have found some time to take testimony for trial. Steve is ignoring our emails.  If he doesn’t respond in time, my lawyer is going to serve him with a subpoena. There are 10 days left until the 20th. I do believe Steve is just trying to stretch this out as long as possible to continue to increase my lawyer bills. Ugh.

Sorry this update isn’t much of an update at all. More like complaining about Steve Roose continuing to make things as hard as possible on me. I’ll post again once I get more information.
