So I know it’s been FOREVER since I last said I was just waiting on the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board’s ruling but I still have no updates! Clearly speed is not a priority for the TTAB. I just wanted to let everyone know that the case is still going on and that I most certainly will make a big deal once the decision has been announced.
The good news is that I haven’t had to pay any more lawyer fees because there’s no more lawyer-y stuff to be done! The final tab was just over $30,000 for this butt pain. Though I shouldn’t say “final” because who freakin’ knows what further issues might come up.
Thanks to everyone who’s supported me through everything! The Power Hour fans have made all of this totally worth it!
