Anyway, the testimony yesterday went well! It was a lot of me being asked to “identify this document” which were emails from Steve and “please read what is in the second paragraph” kind of things. It wasn’t as dramatically “Law & Order” as I would have liked but there was at least a stenographer which, I found, is a big encourager of self consciousness. It’s weird having every word you say on record.
I got to talk about Carnegie Mellon fraternities, the origin of my knowledge of power hours. And I got to give a special shout out to my high donors. Thanks again to “Those people” and “Anonymous” who gave some extra evidence by both donating over $1,000 in support! I also go to point out how Steve says and does contradictory things. I bet it would have been the first time the stenographer ever had to type “giant stupid meanie-head jerk”. Well, too bad I had self control and kept it to myself.
And speaking of Steve, no, he didn’t show up. He had a chance to cross examine me and he didn’t take it. I’ll update again once the testimony has been submitted or if Steve does get in touch with my lawyer.
I bet he never thought it would go this far. He probably lost interest since he doesnt seem to be out any money yet. If you go after him for court cost/ lost of wages then I bet you can own his company. After all, you wouldnt have had to pay for anything if he never contacted you in the first place.

I hope you take this jerk and his small penis to the cleaners. He’s so full of crap and I’m sure he was just praying you didn’t call his bluff on this whole ridiculous lawsuit. You’ve got him by the short and curlys (wish I still did). Make him pay, girlfriend!
I can’t go after him for the money I’m losing because at this point, I’m the one bringing the suit! I’m fighting to get his trademark revoked. Yeah, I wouldn’t have lost all this money if it wasn’t for him but the court doesn’t look at it like that. So I can’t get anything back from him. And he hasn’t had to pay anything yet! Suck.
There has to be something else you can do. You can tell this guy is shady. You know he is doing something wrong. At least I dont see his DVDs in Spencers anymore, and his Amazon pages are all 1 star. Even though he hasnt paid any cash up front, I bet he has lost a lot.
I think my best shot is to do something good with “power hour” once I’ve freed it’s use for everyone. Hopefully people will respond to my new album that’s coming soon and that will help me get back some of these costs. I’ve racked up over $25,000 in legal fees now! And it’s not over yet!

Nope, I’ve heard nothing from him! He missed his chance to cross examine me. Now my lawyer is putting together all the evidence to submit.
